1. Information We Collect
AUS Co-Pilot collects minimal information strictly necessary to provide your driver knowledge test practice exams and scorecards, including candidate names, state selections (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT), vehicle license classes (Class C, Class R, Class HR), and test drill responses.
2. How We Use Information
We use your study data solely to calculate score analytics, diagnose mistake trends, generate personalized remediation drills, and authenticate your All-Access Pass enrollment.
3. Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) & Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
We comply fully with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We never sell, rent, or lease your study data or personal details to third-party commercial driving schools or advertising brokers.
4. Payment Processing Security
All credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayID transactions are processed directly by Stripe Australia under Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance. AUS Co-Pilot never sees or stores full payment card numbers on our servers.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can request complete deletion of your candidate profile, email address, and mistake logs at any time by contacting our privacy officer at support@auscopilot.com.au.
