1. Educational Platform Disclaimer
AUS Co-Pilot is an independent educational training aid based on the Australian Road Rules (ARR 1999/2026) and AS 1742/1743 standards. It is designed to prepare candidates for the computerized Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) and Learner Permit Theory Test across Australian States and Territories.
2. Official State Licensing Centres
AUS Co-Pilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Transport for NSW, VicRoads, Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, Department of Transport WA, Service SA, Service Tasmania, Access Canberra, or NT MVR. Official learner driver testing and legal licence issuance must strictly occur through official state channels.
3. Intellectual Property
All test questions, visual cockpit diagrams, software logic, question explanations, and interface layouts are protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. “Until You Pass” Pass Guarantee Terms
The A$19.99 Pass Plan includes an “Until You Pass” pass guarantee. If an enrolled candidate completes the diagnostic and mock test drills and fails their official state DKT, we will extend coaching support completely free until they pass.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
